The VISP project, supported by the European Commission:

VISP is a Specific Targeted Research Project (STREP) from the 4th call of FP6 IST framework, contributing to the ‘E-Business' within the framework of the specific research and development programme ‘ integrating and strengthening the European Research area'. This project has begon in November 2005 and ended in March 2009.

The main objective of VISP is to develop a software platform enabling a cluster of SMEs to operate as a single business entity, in multiple dynamic business models, for the production of tailored Internet Service Provider (ISP) solutions adapted to local business needs.

The partners of the VISP Project are (by alphabetical order): Eworx (Greece), FhI Fokus (Germany), ICCS (Bulgaria), Mobiltek (Poland), Perceval (Belgium), UAM (Poland), Valtech (France), and WUT (Romania).
Clusteo (Belgium) has inherited the branch of the software development activity from Perceval.
